Surface Cleaning

As either a stand alone service, or an add on to a house wash - The cleaning of hard surfaces with pressurized water is actually one of the few aspects of the exterior cleaning business that is actual "pressure washing". The brightening of sidewalks, driveways, pool areas, and patios will be the first thing your friends and neighbors will notice!

About the Process

Exterior surface cleaning is the process of removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, stains, and pollutants from the outside surfaces of buildings and structures. These surfaces include walls, roofs, windows, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and fences. Over time, exposure to weather, dust, vehicle emissions, and organic growth can cause discoloration and deterioration. Regular exterior cleaning helps maintain a property’s appearance, structural integrity, and value.

Common methods include pressure washing, soft washing, scrubbing, and the use of specialized cleaning solutions designed for materials such as brick, concrete, wood, vinyl, and metal. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove stubborn debris, while soft washing relies on lower pressure combined with cleaning agents to safely treat delicate surfaces.

Exterior surface cleaning not only improves curb appeal but also prevents long-term damage caused by mold, algae, and moisture buildup. By protecting surfaces from decay and staining, it extends their lifespan and supports a healthier, safer outdoor environment.
